The physical education department of Amalorpavam conducts an Annual Sports Meet every year. Sports helps an individual much more than in the physical aspects alone. It builds character, teaches and develops strategic thinking, analytical thinking, leadership skills, goal setting and risk taking. Sports Meet brings together all the best qualities of a good sportsman.
Amalorpavam annual sports Meet is full of activities. The meet comprises two day packed events combining both the track as well as the field.

Conducting sports event and intra school competitions not only brings out the inborn talents but also develop the sportsmanship among students. The best achiever of the year, the best team of the year and the best captain of the year are honored by awarding them with special prizes and certificates in the valedictory function of the annual sports meet.
